What we clean
– Driveways & garage aprons (oil & grease removal)
– Sidewalks, patios, porches & pool decks (mildew, algae, efflorescence)
– House siding (vinyl, painted wood, brick) — soft‑wash option for delicate surfaces
– Decks & fences (wood brightening, mildew removal, reseal prep)
– Roof soft‑wash (moss, organic growth removal — roof material dependent)
– Commercial building exteriors, loading docks, dumpster pads & parking lots
– Concrete, pavers and stone cleaning & joint sand restoration
Soft‑wash vs. high‑pressure washing
– Soft‑wash: low‑pressure with biodegradable detergents to safely remove mold, algae and dirt from siding, roofs, painted surfaces and delicate trim.
– Pressure wash: targeted high‑pressure cleaning for concrete, pavers, garage aprons and heavily soiled surfaces. We match PSI/nozzle and stand‑off distance to avoid damage.

Before your appointment
Clear access: move other vehicles and obstacles so the technician has 3–5 ft of space around the vehicle/work area.
Remove valuables: take out personal items and loose belongings from the vehicle.
Access & keys: if you need the interior serviced and won’t be present, provide keys or make sure the vehicle will be unlocked at the scheduled time.
Gated / HOA / storage access: supply gate codes, office/manager contact or permit info when booking so we can enter without delay.
Power & water notes: for long pressure‑wash jobs, provide spigot/outlet access if possible (we bring tanks/generators when needed).
Pets & plants: secure pets inside and move small potted plants or cover them if they’re near the work area.
Special conditions: tell us about fresh paint, wraps, aftermarket trim, heavy pet hair, strong odors, recent engine work, or any known damage so we bring appropriate tools and products.
Photos: upload wide shots + closeups of stains/damage when booking for a faster, more accurate quote and ETA.
Aftercare & maintenance
Vehicle detailing
Initial drying & protection: keep the vehicle shaded or in a garage for 24–48 hours after paint correction, polish or sealant. For ceramic coatings, follow the product cure instructions — many recommend avoiding washing for up to 7 days.
Washing: use a pH‑balanced car shampoo and two‑bucket method. Avoid automated brush washes; hand washes or touchless systems are preferred.
Quick maintenance: use a spray detailer or water‑less wash between full cleans to preserve gloss and hydrophobic properties.
Leather & trim: use recommended leather conditioners and protectants; avoid harsh cleaners for 48 hours after treatment.
Stain follow‑up: for stubborn stains (oil, tar, bird droppings), remove quickly with appropriate cleaners; contact us if you’re unsure.
Pressure washing (driveways, decks, roofs, patios)
Concrete & pavers: allow 24–48 hours to fully dry before applying sealers or returning heavy traffic. If we reapply joint sand or sealer, follow the manufacturer’s cure time on the quote.
Wood decks & fences: allow 48–72 hours to dry before staining/sealing. If you plan to stain, we can schedule sealing shortly after cleaning — let us know beforehand.
Plants & landscaping: we use plant‑safe detergents and try to neutralize runoff; rinse sensitive plants after the job if practical.
Roof soft‑wash: avoid walking on the roof for a few days after treatment and inspect for any displaced granules; consult your roofer if you have concerns.
Garage aprons & parking: unless a sealer is applied, concrete can usually be used once dry (a few hours). If sealer is applied, follow the sealer’s drying/cure timeline.
General tips & warranty notes
Follow product guidance: if we apply a coating (sealant or ceramic), follow the included care instructions for best longevity — cure times and maintenance vary by product.
Routine schedule: regular maintenance washes (every 4–12 weeks depending on use and exposure) keep finishes protected and reduce the need for heavy correction later.
Questions or issues: if you notice a problem after service (staining, missed spots, or sensitivity on trim), call (214) 809‑2395 or reply to your quote email within 48 hours so we can evaluate and correct as needed.
Our Super Wash is the ultimate exterior treatment to restore gloss and protection. We start with a careful hand wash and clay bar to remove bonded contaminants, follow with machine or hand polishing to reduce light swirls, then finish with a durable sealant or hand-applied wax. Wheels, trim, glass and headlights are cleaned and protected as part of the service.
Interiors VAC delivers a thorough cabin refresh: full vacuum with motorized tools, detailed crevice and vent cleaning, mat shampooing and targeted stain treatment. We remove crumbs, pet hair and trapped debris, apply odor treatment where needed, and offer fabric protectant or leather care as optional add‑ons to keep your interior looking and smelling fresh.
Our engine wash removes grease and road grime using low‑pressure techniques and electrical protection to avoid component damage. We degrease, rinse, dry and finish with plastic/rubber conditioners and an exhaust-tip polish for a clean, showroom-ready engine compartment — great for maintenance or pre-sale detailing.
